You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Standard catalog items — organisers, coasters, magnets, fidgets, keychains — in resellable condition qualify for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, your choice.
If something arrives cracked, warped, or otherwise not right, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return shipping required on our end. This isn't the norm for small-batch prints, but it happens, and we'll make it right.
Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll send next steps and a return address.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
