Most pieces are printed to order and ship within 2–3 business days. Bundles and multi-item orders can take a little longer since everything ships together — we'll always show an estimate at checkout.
PLA+ filament, test-printed batch by batch before it goes near a real order. It's food-safe-adjacent (not for direct hot food contact) and heat resistant up to about 80°C — fine for coasters, not for your oven.
On purpose. We don't sand or paint over them — they're proof something was actually printed, not molded in a factory. If you want a perfectly smooth, seamless finish, 3D printing (and Anokha) probably isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
Hand wash with mild soap and a soft cloth. Skip the dishwasher and avoid long stretches in direct sunlight, which can fade colors over time.
