It starts with a single strand
Every spool gets test-printed before it goes near a real order. Color, flow, layer adhesion — if a batch doesn't run true, it doesn't ship. Not glamorous, just how we avoid the warped, stringy prints you've probably seen from cheaper shops.
The layer lines stay
Most manufacturers sand, prime, and paint over the ridges a 3D printer leaves behind. We don't. Those lines are proof something was actually built, not molded in a factory 10,000 units at a time — and no two runs catch the light quite the same way.
0.2mm, every time
That's our standard layer height, dialed in and checked between every print, not just the first one of the day. It's the difference between a coaster that sits flat on your table and one that rocks the first time you set a mug down.
Small batch, checked by hand
Our studio runs a handful of printers at a time, not a warehouse of them. Every piece gets pulled off the bed, inspected, and cleaned up by a person before it's packed — which is the honest reason we can't restock everything instantly, and also the reason it's worth the wait.
