WHAT IT IS
One wall, folded four times
It is drawn as a single line that doubles back on itself, so there are no joins and no glued parts — the wells are just what the wave leaves behind. That is also why it prints in one piece and why the outside is unbroken all the way round.
The flutes are doing a job
Every ridge is a print layer left deliberately proud instead of sanded flat. They catch light along the curve so the shape reads even in a dim room, and they give your fingers something to hold when you pick the whole thing up.
Deep enough to be useful
The wells go 62 mm down, which is the difference between a pen stand and a pen stand that also takes scissors, a ruler and a glue stick without them leaning out at an angle.

Heavier than it looks, in a good way
I expected it to skid around. It does not. Grabbing a pen one-handed does not drag the whole thing across the table, which is the only test that matters.
Navy
The sage is perfect
Bought it to match a plant shelf and it is a proper muted green, not mint. The ribbing photographs badly and looks great in person — the opposite of most things I buy online.
Sage
Great, wish it was slightly wider
Four wells fill up fast on a shared desk. No complaints on quality at all — the finish is smooth and there were no stringy bits to clean off. Would buy a six-well version instantly.
